Aloft Nashville Airport

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! We came here after losing power due to a snowstorm, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Peyton, the manager, and the entire team were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. They made us feel comfortable during a stressful situation and truly ensured all of our needs were met. Another huge plus is that this hotel is pet-friendly, which made an already great experience even better for our whole family. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will absolutely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here. Side note: I highly recommend booking directly with the hotel. We had an issue with Booking.com—our reservation never came through, and they were still allowing bookings even when the hotel was at full capacity. We were very fortunate that a few cancellations opened up when we arrived.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Nice hotel with comfortable beds, large smart TV and a bar. What makes this hotel great is the staff! Every single one! Really make you feel at home. If you are staying by the airport, strongly recommend this Marriott.

Very dog friendly hotel. Xavier was an amazing host to us, he made sure we had the best vacation while we were there. He was also generous, asking all our questions promptly and always checking in on us to make sure we are enjoying our stay.

I stayed here for three nights and overall had a really good experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the room was comfortable from the moment I checked in. The bed was genuinely nice, which made a big difference after long workdays and late nights. It actually felt like a place where you could fully decompress. The staff truly stood out. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, and it felt like they genuinely cared about making the stay easy and stress free. Parking was also convenient and straightforward, which is always appreciated, especially when you are coming and going on a work schedule. Overall, this was a solid, reliable stay that delivered on comfort, service, and convenience. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well run hotel near the airport.

I stayed at the Aloft Nashville Airport from November 26–29, and my experience was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. My room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and comfortable—exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the bathroom layout. The shower was thoughtfully separated from the toilet, making it super convenient when needed. It’s small details like this that really elevate the experience. The location was also perfect—close to plenty of food options, stores, and anything else you might need during your stay. It made getting around so easy and stress-free. The hotel has a modern, vibrant vibe, and everything was well maintained. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely choose Aloft Nashville Airport again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

I booked a last minute stay here during the recent ice storm we've had and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and how they handled everything! Obviously they received an influx of people, with limited resources, but their customer service is unmatched. Xavier, Peyton, Bobby, Andrew, and the entire staff have been nothing but kind, helpful, and patient. The staff is going out of their way to ensure the safety and comfort of those staying here and I really appreciate everyone!! Thank you all for being amazing!

This is located in a residential area and a very cute part of town. There’s plenty of other amenities nearby. If you like Indian food, Sindoori is not to miss! It’s beautifully decorated, and the food was fantastic. Spice level of mild does not spicy enough if you like a little heat, I would go medium, and if you could handle the heat, go hot. The staff at Aloft were incredible from housekeeping to the front desk. Ashley, in particular, was very warm and welcoming and I felt like I was at my family’s for Christmas. The tree was beautiful. There were presents wrapped that Ashley did herself under the tree and we talked about our families and the holidays. She is a treasure in hospitality and I’m really sad We couldn’t stay longer. We will hit it again and again on our travels through Nashville. Well done Aloft Nashville airport!

A quick overnight business trip to Vanderbilt University brought my husband and me to this property. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by two exceptionally kind attendants at check‑in. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the staff and housekeeping team reflected professionalism and courtesy. The hotel’s location is tucked away on a quiet street, yet still close to the airport, Vanderbilt University, Broadway, and plenty of great dining options. What stood out most was the front desk manager who assisted me at checkout. With my husband away at his event, I was granted a late checkout and never once felt rushed or pressured to vacate the room. The manager was engaging, attentive, and made sure I didn’t sit alone in the lobby without a kind conversation. The level of hospitality was amazing. Our room overlooked the pool area (329) For anyone visiting during the summer months I trust it will offer a wonderful view.
